Senor TP100 Print Head Removal and Replacement
1. Remove the front cover
2. Remove circled 4 screws at the bottom of the printer
3. Remove the bottom casing and circled 3 cables and FPC cable (pull cable in arrow direction)
4. Remove circled 2 x screws
5. Remove circled 2 x screws
6. Remove circled 2 x screws
7. Remove circled 3 x screws (grounding screws are circled in blue)
(In different angle)
8. Cut off the cable tie
9. The cutter and the thermal head can now be removed from the chassis
10. Remove circled 4 screws and FPC cable
11. Cutter and thermal head are now separated
12. Reverse above procedures for assembling
Note:
1. When put the cutter back, align the “hook” as pic below:
2. Connect the FPC cable in correct direction as below showed (blue mark facing up):
3. Ensure the grounding cable is secured when put both grounding screws back (removed in step 7).
